Update Order Payload with SAP Confirmation Data

In a typical process orchestration, a payload is often enriched with data from subsequent system calls. This challenge simulates updating an in-flight order message with a confirmation ID and status returned from an SAP system. You will practice using the `update` operator combined with `case` statements to modify the payload non-destructively, including upserting fields that may not exist.
