Terms of Service — Integration Trails
Who We Are
Integration Trails (integrationtrails.io, app.integrationtrails.io) is operated by:
Prof-IT Patryk Bandurski, Światowida 28/67, 03-144 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): PL5213239087
We are a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Throughout this document we call ourselves we, us or Integration Trails, and we call you you or the Customer.
You can reach us at any time at contact@integrationtrails.io. We answer questions about orders, access and complaints at that address.
Definitions
To keep the rest of this document short, a few words carry a fixed meaning:
- Platform — the website and application at app.integrationtrails.io, including modules, lessons, coding challenges, articles and your profile.
- Product — anything you can buy from us: lifetime platform access, a standalone challenge track subscription, or a place in a cohort programme.
- Forge — Mule AI Forge, our time-boxed guided cohort programme, sold separately from the Platform.
- Consumer — a natural person buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, as defined by Polish and EU consumer law.
- Account — the personal access credentials that let you sign in to the Platform.
- Digital Content — data produced and supplied in digital form: video, text, exercises, code and the interactive environment that runs it.
What These Terms Cover
These Terms govern your use of the Platform and any purchase you make from us. By creating an Account, placing an order, or using the Platform, you agree to them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create an Account and do not place an order.
These Terms are made available free of charge at app.integrationtrails.io/terms in a form that lets you download, store and reproduce them. We recommend saving a copy at the time you order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that Polish or EU law gives you and that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement. Where any clause conflicts with such a right, the law prevails and the rest of these Terms continues to apply.
Technical Requirements
To use the Platform you need:
- A device with internet access.
- A current version of a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- A working email address, used to create your Account and to receive order confirmations.
Some interactive exercises run code in your browser and benefit from a stable connection. We do not require you to install any software.
Your Account
Parts of the Platform are free and can be used without an Account. Buying a Product, saving progress and appearing on the leaderboard require one.
You may create an Account directly, or it may be created for you after a purchase made without signing in first. In that case we use the email address you gave at checkout and send you an invitation to set your credentials.
An Account is personal. Do not share your credentials, and do not let anyone else use your access. Tell us at contact@integrationtrails.io if you believe someone else has used your Account.
You may delete your Account at any time. Deleting an Account ends your access to any Product bought through it — see §7 of our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
We may suspend or close an Account that breaches §14 (Acceptable Use). Where we do, and you have paid for access you can no longer use, we refund the unused part unless the breach was deliberate.
What We Sell
We sell Digital Content and access to it. We do not sell physical goods, and nothing is shipped to you.
- Lifetime platform access — a one-time payment giving permanent access to the self-serve Platform, including material added later. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Platform, not a fixed number of years.
- Standalone challenge track — a yearly subscription to the interactive challenge track on its own. It renews annually until cancelled.
- Forge cohort — a place in a time-boxed guided programme with live sessions, assignments and a completion credential. Sold per cohort, with access to materials for a stated period after the cohort ends.
What each Product includes is described on its page at the time you buy. That description, together with these Terms, forms our agreement.
Where a Product has a limited number of places, the number remaining is shown on its page. Once places are gone, the Product cannot be bought until we open more.
Prices and Tax
Prices are shown on the Platform in the currency stated next to each Product and are shown without local tax.
Depending on the billing country you enter at checkout, value added tax, goods and services tax, or sales tax may be added to the price. Where tax applies, it is calculated by our payment provider and shown as a separate line before you confirm payment. The total displayed on that final screen is the amount you will be charged.
If you are buying for a business in the European Union, you can enter your VAT identification number at checkout. Where the reverse charge mechanism applies to a cross-border business supply, it is applied automatically and no VAT is added.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already placed. Where a Product is offered at a promotional price, the offer runs until the stated date or until the available places are gone, whichever comes first.
Placing an Order
To buy a Product, select it on the Platform and follow the checkout process. You may check out while signed in, or as a guest using only an email address.
Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never see or store your card details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
The contract between us is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We then send an order confirmation to the email address used at checkout.
You are responsible for entering a correct email address. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us — we can resend it.
Where you buy as a business and need an invoice, tell us at contact@integrationtrails.io with your company details and we will issue one in line with Polish tax law.
Access to Purchased Content
Access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed, normally within seconds. If you bought without an Account, access is granted to the Account created from your checkout email once you accept the invitation.
For cohort Products, access to the live part of the programme begins on the start date stated on the Product page. Access to recorded materials continues for the period stated there.
If access does not appear, contact us at contact@integrationtrails.io and we will grant it manually. A delay in access is never a reason for us to keep a payment for something you cannot use.
Right of Withdrawal
This section applies to Consumers, and to sole traders buying something outside their professional specialisation where Polish law extends consumer protection to them.
10.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except as described below.
10.2 To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to contact@integrationtrails.io before the 14 days end. You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to the Polish Consumer Rights Act, but you do not have to. Sending the statement before the deadline is enough.
10.3 If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We refund using the same means of payment you used, and you bear no fee for that.
10.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of Digital Content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Where we ask for that consent, we ask for it explicitly at checkout and confirm it to you in the order confirmation. If we have not obtained it, you keep the full 14-day right described in §10.1 even if you have already used the content.
10.5 Where you have consented under §10.4 but performance has not yet begun, your right of withdrawal is unaffected.
Forge Money-Back Guarantee
For the Forge cohort we offer a money-back guarantee that goes beyond your statutory rights. It is an additional promise from us, and it never reduces, replaces or conditions anything in §10.
If, within 14 days of the cohort starting, you have completed less than 20% of Week 1 and decide the programme is not right for you, write to contact@integrationtrails.io and we will refund your payment in full.
After that point the place is yours for the cohort. Cohort work depends on participants showing up for one another, which is why the guarantee is time-boxed.
If both this guarantee and §10 could apply to your situation, whichever gives you the better outcome is the one that applies.
Complaints
If a Product does not work as described, is unavailable, or does not match what its page promised, you can complain. We are liable for lack of conformity under the Polish Consumer Rights Act and the EU Digital Content Directive.
Send complaints to contact@integrationtrails.io. Describe the problem, when it appeared, and what you would like us to do about it.
We respond to every complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If we do not respond within that time, the complaint is considered accepted.
Where content does not conform, you may ask us to bring it into conformity. If we cannot, or do not do so within a reasonable time, you may ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract, in line with your statutory rights.
Intellectual Property
All paid course materials — videos, texts, exercises, datasets, source code supplied as course material, and the structure of the programmes themselves — are our property or are used by us under licence, and are protected by copyright.
When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own learning and for your own professional work. That licence lasts as long as your access.
You may not: copy or redistribute the materials, publish them, share your access with others, use them to deliver training to third parties, or use them to build a competing product.
You keep full rights to anything you write on the Platform — your solutions to challenges, your notes, and any code you author. We do not claim ownership of your work.
Articles and other material we publish openly on the Platform, outside any paid Product, are offered under the licence stated where they are published. That licence applies to those materials only and never to paid course content.
Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Share your Account or resell your access.
- Attempt to gain access to parts of the Platform you have not paid for, or to other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with the Platform's operation, including attacking the code execution environment or using it to run workloads unrelated to the exercises.
- Upload unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Scrape or bulk-download course materials by automated means.
- Use the Platform in a way that harasses, threatens or abuses other users or our staff.
Where content you submit is visible to others — a public profile, a community contribution, a shared solution — you are responsible for it and confirm you have the right to publish it.
Availability and Changes to the Platform
We work to keep the Platform available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where it is likely to be noticeable.
We develop the Platform continuously and may add, change or remove individual features. Where a change would materially reduce what you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance and, if you do not accept it, you may withdraw and receive a refund proportionate to the access you lose.
Where we discontinue a Product entirely, existing customers keep access for the period they paid for, or receive a proportionate refund.
Our Liability
We provide educational material. We do not warrant that using it will produce any particular professional, commercial or certification outcome, and decisions you make in your own work remain yours.
We are liable for damage caused by our failure to perform, on the terms set out in the Polish Civil Code. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for damage caused intentionally, for death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including our obligations to Consumers under consumer law.
Where you are not a Consumer, our total liability arising from a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
Your Personal Data
We are the controller of the personal data you give us. What we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, available at app.integrationtrails.io/privacy.
Providing your data is voluntary, but some of it is necessary to conclude and perform this contract — we cannot give you access to a Product without an email address to attach it to.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms — for example when we add a Product, when our processes change, or when the law changes.
A change never applies retroactively to an order already placed. The version in force on the day you ordered is the one that governs that order — the date at the top of this page tells you when the version you are reading took effect. We keep superseded versions and will send you the one that applied to your order on request.
Where you hold a continuing subscription, we tell you about a material change at least 14 days in advance by email. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. That choice never deprives a Consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside.
We would always rather resolve a problem directly — write to contact@integrationtrails.io first, and we will try to settle it.
A Consumer may also use out-of-court routes: the permanent consumer arbitration courts at the Trade Inspection Authority (Inspekcja Handlowa), a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Using these routes is voluntary for both sides.
Where you are not a Consumer, disputes are settled by the court with jurisdiction over our registered seat.
