What Data We Collect

  • Account data: name and email address, when you create an account
  • Payment data: billing details, handled through our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your full card details
  • Usage data: your progress in courses, challenges, and lessons on the platform
  • Newsletter data: your email address, if you subscribe
  • Cookies: small files that help our website work properly and let us see basic usage statistics
  • Support messages: anything you send us directly, for example by email

Why We Collect It

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Give you access to the courses and content you purchase
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Send you course materials, updates, and support replies
  • Send our newsletter, if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Understand how the platform is used, so we can improve it
  • Meet our tax and accounting obligations

Who We Share Data With

We only share your data with trusted providers who help us run Integration Trails:

  • Clerk — account sign-up, sign-in, and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, file storage, and sending account emails and our newsletter
  • Supabase — database hosting
  • Microsoft (Clarity) — usage analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies to make the website work, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — to see how people use it.

Our analytics run on Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, and navigation) so we can see what to improve. Clarity loads only after you accept analytics cookies: if you decline, or have not decided yet, it is never loaded.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies (like Facebook Pixel or Google Ads), and we do not share what we learn with advertisers. If we introduce this kind of tracking in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through a cookie banner first.

You can change your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie preferences button on this page, or block cookies in your browser settings — though that may affect how the website works.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data may be processed within the EU or by providers based outside the EU, such as Clerk, Stripe, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft. In those cases, we rely on their standard data protection safeguards to keep your data protected.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Account data: while your account is active, plus a short period after
  • Payment and invoicing data: as long as Polish tax law requires
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Show you what data we hold about you
  • Correct data that's wrong or incomplete
  • Delete your data
  • Limit how we use your data
  • Give you a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Stop using your data for marketing
  • Withdraw any consent you've given us

You can also complain to Poland's data protection authority (UODO) if you think we've mishandled your data.

Children's Privacy

Integration Trails is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, let us know and we'll remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure, and we expect the same from any provider we work with.

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we start using new tools like remarketing. We'll update the date at the top, and where required, ask for your consent again.
